Here at Agape, we pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service to clients and independent counselors, alike! Agape’s administrative team handles the online and over the phone intake process, as well as matching clients with counselors, a process that requires warm and friendly personnel to give each client the individual attention they need. In addition, the admin team takes care of billing, posting insurance claims, and updating client accounts.
We are currently growing and need to expand our team! We are looking to fill a full time position at our Olive Blvd location (9378 Olive Blvd, St Louis MO 63132). Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- An understanding of and experience with the mental health field and with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent organization & communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- A warm and friendly demeanor and passion to help others
