We offer counseling for individuals, couples, families, and group counseling. Each of our counselors has different approaches, specialties, strengths, and  experiences that make them unique, but all of our counselors are highly trained and qualified to meet your needs. All of them have a shared passion to help people like you. Compatibility between you and your counselor is important. That’s why we feel it is important for us to take the time to understand your specific needs during our intake process and help match you with the counselor that is the best fit for you!

  1. Hello, I am interested in receiving counseling. My husband and I have been having some difficulties. I am struggling with how to deal with these difficulties and how to forgive him and trust him due to mistakes he has made. He struggles with alcohol abuse and it is really putting a toll on our marriage. For now, I will be attending by myself. I am unsure of how to find a counselor that would be a good fit for me and am hoping for some help. I have 2 anthem insurances. I am also curious if this would be covered or not. Thanks for your help.

    • Hello Mindy, We can help with that! We do take Anthem insurance. We often have clients start off by themselves and then bring their spouse with them eventually. We will match you with a counselor who understands addiction and substance abuse, that can help you navigate the difficulties and stress those things can put on your marriage.   2. We are looking for help in blending our family. With six kids and four dogs between the two of us – along with two homes 30 miles apart – we have different ideas on the best way to proceed. We know we want to be together but the stress of how is driving us apart.

Hello, I’m looking for some help for my husband and I, we have Aetna insurance which I’m not sure if u you all take it or not…we are seeking help for ourselves with somethings we both r struggling in, communication always tends to turn into misunderstandings between us, we’re not looking for separation,but we’re seeking for stronger communication, ways to handle things differently, and soooo much more…I hope you all can be of great help for the change we want to see in our 6 years of marriage…please help

  4. How would I go about trying to get a time scheduled for marriage counciling? Also how to get our insurance to pay for it?

    • Hi Rebecca, Thanks for asking. We have an intake process where we would ask you a series of questions that would help us to know what your needs and preferences are. Then based on that information, we would match you with a counselor who would contact you to schedule an appointment time. You can complete this intake process either by phone or on our website (314-994-9344 or click here).

      All of our counselors take different insurances, so we would match you with a counselor who takes your plan. All plans are different, so your counselor will verify your plan’s mental health benefits for you, then they will bill your insurance company each time you come in, and collect your copay/coinsurance amount from you, if you have one. Often, insurances will charge the client their primary office visit copay/coinsurance, which may be listed on the front of your insurance card.

  5. Do you take United Healthcare insurance? Or what is your rate without insurance?
