Grace Stroup, MA, PLPC

Grace Stroup is a PLPC, licensed in the state of Missouri. She primarily counsels individuals and teens, walking with them through anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, family issues and life transitions.

Grace takes an integrative, person-centered approach, creating a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen and heard. She believes that identity is never truly lost rather, it can become hidden under the weight of the world. In counseling, she trusts that God is the one who brings healing and reveals the truth of who we are, while she offers guidance and support along the journey.

Grace was drawn to counseling through her experience in healthcare, where she saw a gap between medicine and psychology. Her passion lies in bridging that space, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Outside of counseling, Grace enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her sweet, partially blind cat.
