Kennedy Shuffett is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in the states of Missouri and Illinois. Kennedy works with clients having a variety of challenges and life experiences. While being a sexual and interpersonal trauma specialist, she works with anyone seeking a safe therapeutic environment. Her primary therapy modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Though, she utilizes elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and other therapies. She is also a practitioner of Intuitive Eating.
Kennedy’s mission is to partner with clients as they navigate mental health challenges, crises, and healing from their trauma by providing Christ-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based support. She is dedicated to equipping people with the skills and tools they need to heal, grow, and thrive in every area of life.
