Stephen earned his Master of Arts in Counseling from Lindenwood University and serves clients as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC). He is passionate about creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported. Stephen believes every person is created in the image of God with inherent worth and has the ability to experience growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Stephen’s counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. He draws from mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy to help clients develop greater self-awareness, navigate life’s challenges, explore meaning and purpose, and move toward living in alignment with their values.

For clients who desire it, he thoughtfully integrates Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process while honoring each client’s beliefs, values, and goals. Whether clients are seeking healing, personal growth, or a deeper sense of purpose, Stephen considers it a privilege to walk alongside them with compassion, grace, and hope.
